Golf clubs are big, awkward parcels, and every now and then a courier gets it wrong. Delivery Care means you don't spend three weeks waiting on a carrier investigation to find out what happens next. You tell us, and we fix it.
What you get
- Sorted within one business day. Tell us there's a problem and we act on it — no waiting on the courier's investigation to close.
- Replacement or full refund — your choice. Most of our clubs are one of a kind, so if yours is gone we'll find you the closest equivalent or refund you in full. You decide which.
- We chase the courier, not you. No claim forms, no statutory declarations, nothing to prove.
- One email and it's done. Send your order number. That's the whole process.
Your rights either way
Every order from Better Golf Clubs is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If your parcel doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, you're entitled to a remedy whether or not you add Delivery Care. This doesn't replace those rights and it isn't insurance. What it buys you is speed, and the choice of how it's put right.
How to claim
Email us with your order number. If your clubs arrived damaged, add a photo of the club and a photo of the packaging. We'll come back to you within one business day.
The fine print
- Covers one order, and must be added before your order is dispatched.
- Parcel not arrived: let us know within 21 days of dispatch.
- Arrived damaged: let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Replacements depend on available stock. If we can't match your exact club, you choose an equivalent or a full refund.
- Doesn't cover an incorrect delivery address entered at checkout, a refused delivery, or change of mind.

We ship Australia-wide via tracked courier and dispatch promptly. Typical transit is around 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, though metro areas are usually quicker. Tracking details are sent through as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. All timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees.
