No — you can start the process online in under a minute. Once you’re happy with the valuation, you simply drop your clubs at the pro shop at your convenience.

Your trade‑in value is added to your club account once the clubs arrive at BGC and pass inspection. As soon as that happens, your credit is ready to use across the club.

Most clubs are accepted as long as they’re in usable condition. Normal wear is completely fine. If anything is too damaged to value, we’ll let you know upfront.
